More new Motorcycle Toys on the way !!

Firstly, tomorrow as per the usual, my wife and I will be heading down to Ogdensburg to do our bi-weekly grocery shopping and to pick up anything that I may have purchased over the net and shipped to Ogdensburg.  This last while I haven’t really purchased much, except that ill be replacing my current handlebars soon on my motorcycle, and because of this I know that ill possible need to replace my grips.  So instead of waiting to find out if this will need, I bought a set online.  Didn’t really want to spend much so I found these on Ebay and will be picking them up tomorrow.  For a total of about $15 they should do the trick, or at least I hope they will.

So those were what I ordered about a week ago (i know I’m such a big spender).  Tonight though I bought a couple more things.  Im pretty sure that most, if not all of these things should be here in the next week or two.  Either way they will be here by the time Im actually ready to bring the bike back out.

First on the list was a luggage rack.  This was a huge one for me as I had already purchased a bike trunk which needs to mount/attach to a luggage rack.

I had been looking around and found this one online over at AsionIron.com .  They look like they deal very heavily with Hyosung.  The other big perk and one of the main reasons that I purchased through them was that as far as I can tell they are located in the United States.  Most of the companies that deal with Hyosung are based out of Korea (which makes sense as Hyosung is a Korean company).  but since I want to make sure that the products arrive by March I wanted to deal with a company that was fairly close.  Thus why they were chosen.

The next thing that I purchased and this kind of goes along with the handlebars and grips is a new set of mirrors.  Again I didn’t want to invest a bunch of money into this but I did want some mirrors that were a good size and looked different then what I already had.  So again I ended up on ebay looking around and I came across what looks like a nice looking and a nice size set of mirrors that should mount nicely on my bike.  I had though to ensure that the mirrors were coming from somewhere close so that limited me in my available choices, but I think ill be happy with the mirrors that I chose.

So last thing on my list of purchases was not something that I was totally looking for, but just kind of stumbled upon.  Anyways, to make a long story short I ended up buying a set of motorcycle speakers.  I ended up looking at YouTube videos on all kind of motorcycle speakers, some had poor reviews and soon had some pretty good reviews.  I ended up going with the Boss MC400 speakers.  Almost every review that I read or watched seemed very happy about theses speakers.  And for the price I really don’t think Ill be complaining to much.  They came to a total of $49 including shipping from Amazon.com.  I have to say I’m pretty excited to try these and have some tunes playing while Im riding, especially for those much longer rides.

So last thing I haven’t purchased yet, but I will be heading out to a local seller to look at and hopefully purchase a new set of handlebars.  So ill let you all know if I pick these up.  Will be nice having new bars!

Gonna be a great season!!!
