Picked up my Mutazu GA Bags and Intova chest strap today

So as per the usual, the family and I crossed the border and headed down to Ogdensburg NY to do some grocery shopping as well as to pick up my packages that have been sitting at MyUSAddress.ca .

Im definitely not going to talk about the grocery shopping as that was not overly exciting.  But I will let you know about the two items that i received.

The first one was the Intova Chest Strap.

I wanted to find a way to mount my cameras in different ways, so recently I came across this company called Intova.  Now I believe they are out of Hawaii, but I could be wrong about that.  Anyways, they are really big on action cams and mounts for surfing/water sports.  They biggest thing for me was that they seemed to take a lot of the mounts that GoPro has and made versions that work on non GoPro cameras.  So cameras that have standard mounts.

Well none of my cams are GoPros so this seemed to be the perfect answer.  Ive previously purchased their hand and helmet mounts and decided to buy their chest mount.  Their accessories are reasonably priced and at only $19.99 this seemed like a good deal. Hopefully I can use this while at the Ottawa Motorcycle show next weekend to get some extra footage.  Seems like a different angle which I like.

The next thing that i picked up was my new Mutazu GA Hard saddle bags.  Ive been buying a lot of stuff from online lately and I must say that its always a little bit of a surprise when you actually receive it.  I had never seen these bags in person, but looked at their measurements and used that info to decide if these bags would work for me.

So after receiving them today and actually getting to see them and open them I am fairly confident in saying that these will work perfectly for my needs.  My bike is not a big bike and I didn’t want any bags that were going to look crazy big when mounted, but I also didn’t want the bags to look to small, which was why I was changing bags in the first place.  My old bags were just to small and could barely carry anything.

One of the biggest things that I like about these bags, beside the fact that they are hard bags, look nice and will protect my gear, is that they come with locks.  Just like the TMS Trunk that I purchased.  This will be a great addition to my bike’s storage and everything can be kept fairly safe.  Plus the TMS Trunk and the Mutazu GA bags look like they could have come out of the same Chinese factory!  The paint and finish is almost identical to each other and will look like they were purchased as a matching set.  At least thats what I think.

So not going to do to much in regards to talking about the bags.  When spring comes around and I actually get the opportunity to mount them (Ive taken a week off of work early March to do all this) I will do a review, plus upload hopefully a lot of pics and videos.

One more thing.  The Mutazu case comes with all the mounting gear, but like the TMS trunk does not come with any instructions.  So keep your fingers crossed for me when I finally get around to mounting all this new gear.

Until then
