I wanted a pair of motorcycle pants that i could use when the weather was a bit warmer and or if there was the possibility of rain. I ended up over at Banggood.com and found these pants for $65. I ordered a pair in hopes that everything that they said would be true when they arrived. Well when they arrived they were the wrong color and the knee pads were missing. So as of now we have an email with Banggood’s customer service to see what they are going to do in regards to this. We will update you as we hear more from them.

So far my experience with Banggood.com’s customer service has been one of the worst experiences that I have experienced with any company! I have sent many emails back and forth to Banggood and each time I get a response as if they have not even looked at what I had written in my previous emails to them. Very frustrating. They have numerous times said that they would give me a $5 credit?!?!?! What?!?!?! You have sent me the wrong item and the item you did send was missing key components (knee pads were missing)!! I want the product that I actually ordered or a full refund! I now have a complaint in with Paypal and hope that they can make this process move a bit faster! As of now I cannot recommend dealing with Banggood.com as this experience has made me rethink any future business with them.
