Eceen 13w Portable Solar Panel | Our Review Another little device that I’ve wanted and now they are finally coming down in price. Which is great. Today we look at the Eceen 13w Portable Solar Panel. This fits perfectly on your backpack (at least it did on mine) and should be awesome when going for those walks or hikes. Also, this would just be great when outdoors in general. Plus its fairly light so when using it you notice almost no additional weight. We took the Eceen 13w Portable Solar Panel out for a walk to see how well it would do and how much of a charge it would give our phone.
