Here’s a quick article that proves that I don’t have to go to the gym anymore. Well actually that’s probably not true. But I do know that the first few long rides after winter the muscles are a bit sore.
I will though totally agree with the mental well-being of riding a motorcycle and how this can help with your mental state. I know that I’m at my most stress free when im on my motorcycle as it’s just the bike, the outdoors and me.
