Earlier today I got to watch a great demonstration of how you can or how you should upright a fallen motorcycle. Our hopes of course is that you or I will never have to do this, but be sure that if you do, you will want to make sure that you do it properly so that you do not hurt yourself. Also make sure that if your bike is going down, let it. Its far worse to attempt to catch a falling bike and end up having long term back problems or broken bones. Bikes and their parts can be replaced. You and I have to live with pain or worse for a lifetime.
