So I had wanted to buy one of these for some time, and finally got around to getting one today. This little device simple ‘clamps’ onto your handlebar (after putting on a small silicone band around your throttle).
The premise is simple. Once you get the Photon on your throttle and hit the speed that you want to remain at you simply push the device down and let it rest on your brake lever. It will or should have enough grip to keep the throttle from slipping back. The silicone band allows the Photon to slide back when you are slowing down and or coming to a stop..

On a side note these little throttle controls seem to come in many different names and brands, but really all look to do the same thing.
