It finally warmed up enough and the roads are dry enough that I took my bike out for a quick ride around the neighbourhood. Nothing fancy or exciting. But what I wanted to do was actually test how well my new Vivitar DVR 787HD cameras would do when mounted on my bike.
So I mounted a camera on the front handlebars and one on the rear signal shooting backwards. The one on the front was definitely mounted to low, but it will give you a good idea of the quality.
I don’t usually upload at more then 720p but this video is at a full 1080p so that you can see the fullest quality, so make sure that you choose the highest quality.
As always the audio out of these types of cameras is really poor, but its to be expected. I do though have to admit I am quite impressed with the quality of the video considering the small amount that these cameras retail for.
Anyways if you have any questions in regards to the cams please leave a comment here or over at YouTube and Ill get back to you as soon as possible.
